2 Notes from the previous meeting & matters arising
Bank Account - now been activated / opened. The account currently has a zero balance. Question over where current funds are. BH to chase with CW
GR to circulate info received from club questionnaires.
3 Greater Sport / EH Update
Minimum 6 month whole sport plan funding agreed. HDO (GS) is now a full time post from 1 October 2005.
Revenue money for CSP has been found to cover the period until April 06 – although it is less than was previously available .
3 clubs have been accredited in GM / 9 more clubs are on track to complete accreditation.
Level 2 coach education course planned for June / July 2006. - £375 Level 1 scheduled for February (5, 12 & 19th) - £130
Level 2 umpires planned for June / July 06
Club audits currently being distributed through the CSP to all sports
Discussion over how to access CSP funding.
Activity review deadline to GS is the end of September - will allow remaining funds to be identified.
Goalkeeper Academy will be operating, as information that has been circulated. BH requested clarification for names submitted.
4 Junior League
Stockport entering u 15 & u 13 boys & girls team into the league. Struggling with u 11's. New League secretary - league meeting scheduled for Wednesday. Entry to be submitted by Heaton Moor Junior Hockey Club, on behalf of Stockport.
5 GMYG
Reviewed 2005 Youth Games
Communication discussed - needs to be addressed.
Proposals for 2006 discussed.
6 One Year Action Plan
To be submitted to GS / SSC with an amended figure of £400 to cover coach education bursaries. AG reported that the website for the Development group is to be launched in October. GR to pass YG Photo's to AG
7 Any Other Business
Werneth - £15 a term. To continue & start on 15 September 05. Courses for Teachers - plea from PM to promote the above from the LEA.
Schools info - PM to pass info through when collated from all secondary schools.
